Deposit is 20% at the time of booking, 80% payaable one week before arrival. Cancellation 6 weeks prior to arrivall there will be a 75% refund of deposit, between 6 and 3 weeks prior to arrival 50% of deposit refunded. After this we are unable to refund the deposit
